What is MIMUN?

The Monrovia International Model United Nations (MIMUN) is a youth-led organization empowering the next generation of global leaders through immersive diplomatic simulations. We host annual conferences where delegates from Africa and beyond step into the roles of UN ambassadors, tackling real-world issues like peacebuilding, sustainability, and global governance. Rooted in Liberia and inspired by partnerships like Babcock International MUN (BIMUN), MIMUN blends rigorous debate, cross-cultural collaboration, and hands-on learning to equip youth with the skills to drive meaningful change.
